Wendy Tiller Kent Memorial
Wendy was the single greatest individual donor and supporter of the non-profit, Raise, Inc. As a former special education teacher and all-around wonderful person, she believed, as Raise does, that people with disabilities deserve equal opportunity, support, and resources to live a self-directed and meaningful life. She worked to have Raise included as a coffee vendor at the 2019 Old Dominion Athletic Conference Women's Soccer Championship games at Randolph-Macon College. From her hospital room she saw to it that our youth got critical work experience while engaging with community members. Her spirit, determination, and love for ALL embodies everything that Raise is about. Your donation in memory of Wendy will keep her impact on Raise, and the youth we serve, going strong. Thank you.
